Executive Coaching

A confidential thinking partnership for leaders, grounded in psychometric evidence. One-on-one, in teams or in groups, coaching with us starts from who you actually are, measured with MBTI Step-2 and Hogan, and moves towards who your role needs you to become.

Three formats

Coaching shaped to how leaders grow

Choose the format that fits the leader, the team or the cohort, or combine them across an engagement.

One-on-one coaching

Private, confidential sessions for a single leader. Sharpest for transitions, bigger mandates and the patterns a leader cannot see alone.

Team coaching

The leadership team coached as one unit, working on its real agenda. Builds trust, decision discipline and a shared way of operating.

Group coaching

Peer cohorts of leaders from across the organisation, learning from each other's challenges with a coach guiding the conversation.

Evidence before advice

Coaching that starts with a mirror, not a model

Generic coaching applies the same playbook to every leader. Ours begins with measurement. As a coach certified in MBTI Step-2 and Hogan tools, and a BPS Level A and B qualified test user since 2006, Wing Commander Joseph Paulson (Retd) opens each engagement with a rigorous psychometric profile, so the very first conversation is about your actual patterns, drivers and derailers rather than assumptions.

The coaching itself draws on an unusual depth of leadership experience: two decades commanding and training in Indian Air Force fighter squadrons, then coaching and consulting in the corporate world since 2003 with BlessingWhite. You are talking to someone who has held command, made high-stakes calls and developed leaders for 25+ years, not someone reciting a framework.

Every engagement includes

Psychometric profile & debrief. MBTI Step-2 or Hogan assessment with a full feedback session, your map for the journey.
Contracted goals. Clear development objectives agreed up front, with the sponsor where appropriate, so everyone knows what success looks like.
Structured confidential sessions. A regular cadence of coaching conversations with actions between sessions, not open-ended chat.
Progress reviews. Midpoint and closing reviews against the contracted goals, because assured results are one of our founding promises.
How an engagement runs

From first call to final review

A clear arc with a beginning, a middle and an end, so coaching never drifts.

1
Chemistry call. A no-cost conversation to test fit and clarify what you want from coaching. No fit, no engagement, simple as that.
2
Assessment & debrief. MBTI Step-2 or Hogan profiling with a detailed feedback session that sets the evidence base for the work ahead.
3
Goal contracting. Development objectives agreed in writing, with sponsor input for organisation-funded engagements.
4
Coaching sessions. Regular one-on-one, team or group sessions with committed actions between each conversation.
5
Review & close. Progress measured against the contract, gains consolidated and a self-sustaining development plan handed over.
Confidential, always

The best leaders are the ones still being coached

Book a chemistry call. Twenty minutes will tell you whether this partnership is the right one.
