As a coach certified in MBTI Step-2 and Hogan tools, and a BPS Level A and B qualified test user since 2006, Wing Commander Joseph Paulson (Retd) opens each engagement with a rigorous psychometric profile, so the very first conversation is about your actual patterns, drivers and derailers rather than assumptions.
The coaching itself draws on an unusual depth of leadership experience: two decades commanding and training in Indian Air Force fighter squadrons, then coaching and consulting in the corporate world since 2003 with BlessingWhite.
