Since 2003, our founder Wing Commander Joseph Paulson (Retd) has consulted on, trained in and delivered psychometric solutions from Psytech International UK and KCP Ltd (UK). He has held the British Psychological Society's Level A/B certificate in Occupational Testing since 2006 and is certified in MBTI Step-2 and Hogan tools — so every report you receive is backed by someone qualified to administer and interpret it.
Before the corporate world, he spent over two decades in the Indian Air Force, where selecting pilots with the Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT) made one thing very clear: when the stakes are high, you measure — you don't guess.
