Our Services

Experiential Learning

People forget slides. They never forget walking on fire. We design outbound adventures and in-room simulations where teams act first and understand deeply after, because the debrief is where insight becomes behaviour change.

Learning by doing

Insight you can feel under your feet

Lectures inform; experiences transform. Our experiential programmes put teams into carefully designed challenges, outdoors and in the training room, where the lessons about trust, communication and courage emerge from what people actually do, not from what a trainer tells them.

Wing Commander Joseph Paulson (Retd) has been delivering outbound training in the corporate world since 2003, including firewalk and glasswalk experiences he is certified by Sundoor to conduct. Across 25+ years and 10,000+ participants, one rule has held: the activity is only half the programme. The structured debrief that follows is where adrenaline turns into self-knowledge, and self-knowledge into changed behaviour back at work.

What we can build for your team

Outbound learning days. Team challenges away from the office that surface real group dynamics in hours, not quarters.
Firewalk & glasswalk events. Sundoor-certified breakthrough experiences, the flagship of our outbound work, for offsites, milestones and mindset shifts.
In-room simulations. Business games and role-based exercises that compress months of decisions into an afternoon, ideal when travel is off the table.
Debrief-led behaviour change. Every experience closes with a facilitated debrief that converts the moment into personal commitments your managers can follow up on.
Flagship experience

The Firewalk: 1,200 degrees of self-belief

Our signature outbound experience asks one question: what else have you decided is impossible? Conducted by a Sundoor-certified instructor, the firewalk (and its companion glasswalk) gives teams a shared, unforgettable proof point that limits are negotiable, then channels that energy into the goals that matter on Monday morning.

Our method

The experiential learning loop

Activity without reflection is just recreation. Every programme runs the full loop.

1

Experience

Teams step into a challenge with real stakes, a firewalk, a simulation, an outbound task, no spectators allowed.

2

Reflect

A facilitated debrief immediately after: what happened, what did we feel, what does it say about how we work?

3

Connect

We link the experience to the workplace: the missed handover in the exercise is the missed handover in your project reviews.

4

Apply

Every participant leaves with written commitments, and managers get a follow-up frame to keep them alive.

Make it unforgettable

Give your team a day they will talk about for years

Tell us about your team, your venue and your goals. We will design the experience and handle the rest.
