Frequently asked questions

Mainly students in Grades 9 to 12 and their parents, at the point where stream, subject and course decisions start to matter.

We also work with college students, early-career professionals considering a change, and organisations that want a sharper read on their people.

No — the free self-test is a 42-statement taster that gives you a three-letter interest code in about five minutes. It is a useful first direction, not a full assessment.

The paid assessments are internationally standardised instruments, scored against proper norm groups, and they come with a detailed report and a counsellor who reads it with you.

Start with the free self-test — it costs nothing and tells you whether interests alone already point somewhere clear.

If you want the fuller picture (personality, reasoning, motivation and emotional intelligence) plus counselling, a guidance package is the better fit. Still unsure? Write to us with the student's grade and what you're deciding, and we'll tell you honestly what's needed.

No, and we'd be suspicious of anything that claimed to. Assessment gives language for a pattern that is already there — what a student enjoys, is good at, and is driven by.

What you leave with is a direction and a practical blueprint, not a verdict. The student still chooses.

Yes. We use internationally standardised psychometric instruments from Central Test, France, validated on large norm groups and used by universities and employers worldwide.

Our founder has held the British Psychological Society's Level A/B certificate in Occupational Testing since 2006 and is a delegated assessor for BPS certification training.

Most single instruments take 20 to 45 minutes. A full package spreads across a few sittings — you do not have to finish everything in one go, and your progress is saved.

Find a quiet spot and answer honestly rather than quickly; there are no right answers to game.

Yes. The assessments run in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer — there is nothing to install. A larger screen is a little more comfortable for the longer instruments.

Right after payment we provision your assessment and email you a personal invitation link. You can also start any time from the My Tests page of your account.

For instant-download products the personalised PDF is ready the moment you finish, straight from My Tests.

For packages that include counselling, we prepare the report and walk you through it in your session — typically within one to two working days of the last assessment.

Interests and personality are fairly stable, so retaking within a few months usually tells you little that is new. We normally suggest waiting at least a year, or after a genuine change of circumstances. A retake is a fresh purchase.

A private 40-minute video session with a certified career counsellor. We go through the results together, test them against what you already know about yourself, and turn them into concrete next steps.

Students and parents are both welcome on the call — most families find the shared conversation is half the value.

We encourage it. When parents see the evidence first-hand, the conversation at home shifts from negotiating to backing a direction. If a student would rather speak alone first, that is absolutely fine — just tell us.

You pick your first slot from a live calendar during checkout. To move it, open My Counselling in your account and reschedule — please give us at least 24 hours' notice so the slot can go to someone else.

Sessions run over video by default, which keeps scheduling easy wherever you are. In-person sessions at our Bengaluru office can be arranged on request.

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major credit and debit cards, and net banking — processed over a secure, encrypted gateway. We never see or store your card details.

If you have not yet started an assessment and no counselling session has taken place, write to us and we will refund the purchase.

Once an assessment has been provisioned and taken, the licence has been used and the fee is not refundable. Unused counselling time in a package can be refunded pro rata.

Yes — a GST invoice is emailed with your order confirmation, and it is always available from My Orders in your account.

We do. Schools, colleges and organisations running assessments for a cohort get group pricing and a consolidated report. Contact us with the number of students and what you'd like to measure.

No. The free RIASEC self-test is open to everyone — we ask for your name, email and mobile so we can send you the result and interest-code tips, and so we can reach you if you have questions about it.

You, and the counsellor working with you. Nothing is shared with your school, your college or an employer without your explicit consent, and we never sell personal data.

You don't need one. Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your email, so there is no password to forget. Your mobile is verified separately over WhatsApp.

Yes. Email us from the address on the account and we will delete your personal data and assessment records. Note that this also removes the reports, so download anything you want to keep first. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
