Our founder, Wing Commander Joseph Paulson (Retd), has held the British Psychological Society's Level A/B certificate in Occupational Testing since 2006. As a delegated assessor, he is experienced in conducting training on psychometrics leading to BPS certification — meaning you learn the standard from someone qualified to assess it.
